This website introduces IronAssetControl, an asset-tracking product being developed by Steve Hogeveen in Ontario, Canada. For website privacy questions, contact hello@ironassetcontrol.com.
Browsing and interactive examples
The asset register and workflow use fictional records. Searches, filters and setup-brief selections run in your browser. The website’s application code does not submit those inputs to an inventory database or enquiry service. The planning tool generates a local text-file download; it does not create an account or send a message.
When you email us
The contact links open your email application. If you choose to send a message, it includes your email address, anything you write and any attachments you add. This information is used to respond to your enquiry and discuss requirements or an evaluation. Please send a general overview rather than passwords, confidential asset lists or sensitive personal information.
Messages to our branded address are forwarded by Porkbun to a Gmail inbox operated by Steve. Those providers process messages to deliver and store them; processing may take place outside Canada. An enquiry does not sign you up for a marketing mailing list. Contact us to ask about information held in correspondence, retention, access, correction or deletion.
Hosting and fonts
The website is hosted through OpenAI Sites and its hosting infrastructure. Hosting providers process web requests and may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information and access events to deliver and protect the site. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives the requests needed to serve them.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand page views, visits, referring sites, browser/device categories and page performance. Its browser script sends analytics and timing information to Cloudflare. Cloudflare describes this service as privacy-first and does not use it to track individual visitors across websites. About Cloudflare Web Analytics. The website does not send asset-search text, setup-brief selections or email-message contents as custom analytics events. An analytics visit is not a count of uniquely identified people. The site does not include advertising pixels or an advertising network. The partner-enquiry section is a direct email link.
Customer software
This notice covers the product website and email enquiries. A customer installation, support access or transfer of customer records requires separate arrangements reflecting the agreed deployment and data responsibilities.
